Welcome to F’Joy Couture. By booking a consultation or purchasing our bespoke tailoring and fashion services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your booking or order.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by F’Joy Couture, including bespoke tailoring, custom designs, fashion collections, and accessory sales.
1.2. F’Joy Couture reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
1.3. By using our website, booking a consultation, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Bespoke Consultation & Booking
2.1. Consultations can be conducted in person at our studio in Espoo, Finland, or virtually via Zoom/Google Meet. All consultations must be booked in advance via our website.
2.2. During the consultation, our creative director will discuss your style preferences, event details, budget, and any specific requirements you may have.
2.3. A non-refundable consultation fee may be required to secure your booking. This fee will be communicated in advance and deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with an order.
2.4. For international clients, a measurement guide will be provided to ensure accurate sizing. F’Joy Couture is not responsible for any inaccuracies in measurements taken by clients.
3. Order Process & Customization
3.1. All bespoke orders are tailor-made to your specifications. Once the design, fabrics, and measurements are confirmed, changes may not be possible.
3.2. Production timelines will be communicated during the consultation. Bridal orders typically require 3-6 months for completion. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request but may incur additional charges.
3.3. For all non-bridal custom orders, such as family styling, casuals, and special occasion outfits, please allow 4-8 weeks for production.
3.4. F’Joy Couture reserves the right to decline any order if the requested design does not align with our brand’s ethos or is deemed unfeasible.
4. Payments & Pricing
4.1. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your bespoke order. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or pickup.
4.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods specified on our website.
4.3. Prices are subject to change based on fabric selection, design complexity, and additional customization requests.
4.4. All prices include VAT where applicable. International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. F’Joy Couture offers both local pickup from our studio in Espoo, Finland, and international shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery address provided.
5.2. For international deliveries, please allow additional time for customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. All orders are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1. Due to the custom nature of our bespoke designs, all orders are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted once production has begun.
6.2. If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee may apply.
6.3. Consultation fees are non-refundable. In the event of a missed or rescheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your consultation fee.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All designs, sketches, photographs, and content created by F’Joy Couture are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our express permission.
7.2. By commissioning a bespoke design, you grant F’Joy Couture the right to showcase your garment in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless explicitly requested otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. F’Joy Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products.
8.2. While we strive to deliver the highest quality, variations in fabric colors and textures may occur due to the nature of custom production. These variations are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Finland.
